How it starts
New accounts start on Gold so people can enter the subscriber area, see the member flow, and decide whether deeper access makes sense for them. Paid upgrades layer on top of that base account rather than replacing it.
Billing note
Paid memberships renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and follows the current Lumsian subscription terms.
