Subscription and Cancellation Policy

This Policy explains Lumsian subscription billing, automatic renewal, cancellation, refunds, plan changes, payment failures, and access after cancellation.

Subscription Billing

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize Lumsian and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method for the price, taxes, fees, and renewal charges disclosed at checkout.

Automatic Renewal

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Renewal timing, price, plan name, and billing interval are shown during checkout or in the payment provider flow.

How to Cancel

You may cancel from the Billing and cancellation panel in your subscriber dashboard, by following any cancellation instructions in the payment provider flow, or by contacting support@lumsian.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges after the current billing period.

Access After Cancellation

After cancellation, you keep access through the end of the paid billing period unless the account is suspended for policy reasons, a payment provider reverses the transaction, or a refund is approved. Cancellations are not prorated.

Refunds

Subscription payments are final except where required by law or where this Policy states that a refund may be requested. You may request a refund within 24 hours of a charge. You may also request a refund within 7 days of your first purchase if you have not accessed member-only content, live sessions, downloads, private community features, or other subscriber-only services.

Renewals, Live Sessions, and Refund Effects

Accidental renewal refund requests may be reviewed if submitted promptly to support@lumsian.com. Canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or modified live sessions do not automatically create a refund right. Refunds are not prorated. Approved refunds may immediately remove access for the refunded period, including subscriber content, community access, live sessions, downloads, and paid features. VIP, Founding, Gold, and other membership tiers follow the same refund rules unless checkout states otherwise.

Payment Failures

If payment fails, Lumsian or its payment providers may retry the charge, request updated payment details, pause access, downgrade the account, or cancel the subscription.

Plan Changes

Lumsian may add, remove, rename, or change subscription tiers and features prospectively. If a change materially affects an active paid subscription, Lumsian will provide notice when required by law.
