Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains prohibited conduct and technical misuse across Lumsian accounts, subscriber areas, messages, uploads, APIs, payment flows, and communications features.

General Rule

Use Lumsian only for lawful, authorized, and respectful purposes. Do not use the platform to harm people, violate rights, compromise systems, evade payment, or disrupt the service.

Security Misuse

Do not probe, scan, attack, overload, reverse engineer, bypass, exploit, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to Lumsian systems, accounts, data, uploads, payment flows, access controls, or provider integrations.

Spam and Automation

Do not use bots, scrapers, crawlers, bulk messaging, fake accounts, credential stuffing, automated signups, data harvesting, or spam campaigns without written permission from Lumsian.

Payment and Access Abuse

Do not bypass paywalls, share paid access, resell accounts, abuse refunds, use stolen payment methods, manipulate subscription tiers, or access member-only content without authorization.

Content Misuse

Do not upload or distribute malware, phishing content, deceptive links, unlawful content, infringing material, non-consensual intimate material, exploitative material, or content designed to evade moderation.

Enforcement

Lumsian may limit, suspend, terminate, block, investigate, preserve records, or report activity that appears to violate this Policy, the Terms, law, provider rules, or platform safety requirements.
