Lumsian may collect information you provide directly, information created through your use of the platform, and information received from service providers.
- - Account information, such as name, display name, email address, password hash, provider identifiers, verification status, subscriber tier, and account status.
- - Profile and community information, such as avatar, bio, alias, messages, posts, comments, live questions, uploads, and moderation history.
- - Payment and subscription information, such as checkout status, plan, renewal, cancellation, transaction metadata, and payment provider identifiers. Lumsian does not need to store full card numbers when payments are handled by third-party processors.
- - Technical information, such as IP address, browser details, device information, session cookies, security logs, rate-limit records, and usage activity.

Lumsian uses information to provide accounts, subscriptions, community features, content access, direct messaging, live sessions, voice features, payments, support, safety, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service improvement.

Lumsian keeps information for as long as needed to provide the platform, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce policies, comply with law, and protect users and the service.
Children
Lumsian is not intended for children under 13. Lumsian does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
