DMCA / Copyright Policy

This Policy explains how copyright owners can report alleged infringement on Lumsian and how users can submit counter notices when appropriate.

Last updated: April 20, 2026

Copyright Reports

If you believe content on Lumsian infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@lumsian.com with enough information for Lumsian to locate and review the material.

Notice Requirements

A copyright notice should include the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, a statement that the information is accurate under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature.

Counter Notices

If your content was removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was mistaken or misidentified, you may send a counter notice. A counter notice should include your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, consent to the appropriate legal jurisdiction, and your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

Lumsian may terminate or restrict accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or repeatedly submit infringing material.

No Legal Determination

Lumsian may remove or restore content in response to copyright notices and counter notices, but Lumsian does not adjudicate ownership disputes. Parties should seek legal advice when rights are disputed.
